Last week on 28th December 2017, there was a blackout. The whole building was in dark. It was 3.30 pm at that time and there was still another 1 1/2 hours before going home. My colleague and I waited until 4.40 pm and there was still no electricity. So, we just went home and come to office on the next day.
On the next day, we try to surf the internet but failed. So, we try to check if there was any problem with the modem and try to restart it. We did it thousands of time rebooting the modem but there was still no connection. We made a report to the ICT department and they are too slow to take action. Until now, it's already been a week without an internet.
It is really frustrating since most of our work need to use the internet. For this week I just came to office doing nothing. Sometimes I get bored because there is nothing that I can do without the internet. Internet is kind of important things nowadays. Most of the information needed just have to search it online and you will find the answer.
So, now, I have to wait and wait and wait until this issue resolved. Some of the staff said that they use to have no internet connection for almost 2 MONTTHHSSS!!!! That is too long to wait.
The responsible team should take a quick action to resolve this issue because most of the work are involved with the internet. If there are no action taken, it will slow down the process and efficiency of the work.
Just wait and see.....
